High Efficiency Separators
At Champion Process, we carry only the best-quality filter separators and other filtration equipment from the top filter separator manufacturers like Parker Filtration, Eaton Filtration, Filtration Technologies, and our own Champion Process, Inc. designs. Our product offerings include horizontal filter separators, high-efficiency separators, and vertical separator coalescers — all of which have their own unique benefits and applications.

Types of Separators
Horizontal filter separators are a common choice for gas conditioning projects due to their ability to handle higher concentrations of liquids and solids. A separate filter vessel mounted below contains separate dirty and clean reservoirs to store liquids.
Vertical Coalescers are designed to meet higher removal efficiencies of up to 0.3 microns. The inside-to-outside flow path allows droplets to fall in a lower-velocity environment. Vertical coalescers are ideal for final polishing and protection of sensitive equipment.
HLGX separators have the positive characteristics of both vertical & horizontal vessels. The removal efficiencies are similar to vertical coalescers and solids holding is greater than horizontal filter separators. These separators can remove solids up to .1 µm, and this makes them ideal for black powder removal.
Because of its small size, Black Powder will pass through the standard depth style coalescers used in horizontal separators. Vertical vessels with high efficiency coalescers can capture Black Powder, but these vessels lack the solids holding ability to be cost effective. HLGX separators can be used to hold up to 10 times the solids compared to standard coalescers.
