Effective filtration of the solids collected in pipeline pigging is critical to maintaining the flow rate of the pipeline and the purity of the gas stream. The volume of solids collected by the pipeling pigging filters can clog standard filters quickly, requiring frequent changeouts and slowing the flow in the pipeline. CPI’s pipeline filters are engineered to handle high flow rates and can remove slugs up to 300 lbs. Our filter design includes a quick opening closure for easy installation and switch out of filters. Zero bypass seals prevent contamination of the flow during changeouts.
