High Capacity Cartridge Filters
Champion Process offers High Capacity Cartridge Filters to our clients. Our 720 series high capacity cartridge filters offer advanced performance for applications requiring high flow and/or high solids removal. The 720 series high efficiency filters (CP721, CP72G, CP723) are also excellent economical upgrades to other high capacity filters offered in the market. They are also commonly used as an options for bag filter upgrades that require greater capacity.
High Capacity Cartridge Filter Options
These high flow filters are absolute rated and are available in a variety of filter media choices. High-temperature designs are also available. Choices include the following options:
Available in 80”, 60” and 40” lengths. Flow is inside to outside and solids are captured inside the filter for easier disposal.
Specifically designed for gas applications. This filter has a larger inlet allowing for lower pressure drop.
High surface area filters for lower flow rates and higher solid loads. Length is 39” and flow direction is outside to inside. These filters replace 3M740 style filters but have more material options.
Our CPI High Flow Filter Line is made in the U.S.A. Tubular backwashing filters are another high flow cartridge filter offered by Champion Process. Tubular backwashing filters are designed for continuous high flow rate operations.
